The Inner Child Work Circle is a monthly guided journey to help you nurture your inner child, break old patterns, and build a stronger connection with your authentic self. It’s a supportive space in a private Telegram channel where you will explore healing through reflective prompts, practical exercises, meditations and supportive community. What approaches and techniques are used in the Inner Child Work Circle? The Circle combines evidence-based methods such as Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis, and awareness practices. These approaches help you understand and heal emotional patterns, foster self-awareness, and build harmony between different parts of yourself. How much time do I need to dedicate to Circle activities each week? On average, you’ll need about 30 mins - 1,5 hour weekly to complete reflective prompts, practical exercises and meditations. The activities are designed to fit into your daily life seamlessly. What topics will we cover in the Circle? Each month focuses on a specific area of healing and growth, such as connecting with your inner child, healing triggers, building self-worth, nurturing boundaries, transforming fears and celebrating authenticity. What do I get when I join the Circle? You’ll receive: Reflective prompts every 2-3 days. Practical tools and exercises inspired by Inner Child Work and IFS principles. Meditation recordings for deeper connection. Access to a private Telegram channel to connect with a supportive community. Do I need prior experience in therapy? No prior experience is necessary. The Circle is designed for anyone interested in personal growth, whether you are new to inner work or have experience. What happens if I can’t complete all the tasks? The Circle is flexible and self-paced. While consistency is encouraged for deeper growth, you can adjust the schedule to fit your needs. How do I join the private Telegram channel? After signing up, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to join the private Telegram channel. This space is exclusively for Circle members. How long do I need to commit for? Minimum commitment is one month. Every month has a different theme and you are free to join for a particular month or continue your exploration onto the next month.
